Paper notes and a calculator on a desk, used when quoting a loyalty app review

Fees

What a review costs

Fees are quoted for the live app in front of us. There is no monthly plan and no pack of unused hours.

A quote follows the size of the app you put in members’ hands: how many languages appear on screen, how many live rewards sit in the catalogue, and whether you want us at a till. We send the figure before any login is shared.

Starting figures

These are starting points for a single brand, with the briefing held in Petaling Jaya or by call. They are not a menu you click. After we have seen the listing and a screenshot of the wallet, we confirm or revise.

ReviewStarting fee (Malaysia)What usually changes it
Loyalty App ReviewFrom RM 4,800Third language, extra brand under one login, second till visit
Member Journey WalkthroughFrom RM 2,200Two distinct signup paths (guest vs member), on-site walkthrough outside the Klang Valley
Rewards Catalogue ReadingFrom RM 1,800More than forty live items, hidden tiers, frequent limited-time drops
Till and Redemption CheckFrom RM 1,400 per outletNight trade, hotel desk plus F&B outlet, travel beyond the Klang Valley

What we do not sell

We do not offer a cheaper “lite dashboard.” We do not discount a review because you might rebuild the app later. If two sister brands share almost the same screens, we still quote the second brand; the findings are rarely identical at the till.

Deposit and billing

A fifty percent deposit confirms the dates. The balance is due when the findings note is delivered, before the briefing. Bank transfer in ringgit is the usual method. We invoice from Workspace Grovepath at the Petaling Jaya office.

After the review

The note is yours. Extra briefings, a second catalogue pass after you change items, or a till check at another outlet are new quotes. We do not retain unused “hours.”

Ask for a figure

Send the app name and which review you have in mind. If you are unsure, describe the stall you already see — unused rewards, silent new members, or a slow scan — and we will point to the matching review.
