Till and Redemption Check

One agreed outlet, one live redemption attempt, and a note on what the cashier and the member each have to do.

04

Format: On-site check and a till note

Time: Usually one week, including the visit

Where: One outlet you name in the Klang Valley, plus a follow-up call

Fee basis: Quoted per outlet visit

The till check exists because many loyalty apps fail in the last ten seconds. The barcode is dim. The QR needs a second tap. The cashier has a paper workaround and uses it. Members learn to say “never mind.”

Mei Ling Ong takes this visit. You name one outlet where staff will not be rehearsed into a perfect scan. We attempt a real or test redemption during a normal trade period — not after closing. We watch whether the member or the cashier holds the phone, how long the lookup takes, and what happens if the points are short by a little.

You receive a till note: sequence, delays, workarounds, and the one or two changes that would shorten the pause without a new device. Extra outlets are quoted separately. This check can stand alone or follow a Loyalty App Review when the findings already point at the counter.
