Terms of use

These terms apply to the website at workspace-grovepath.click and to paid review work booked with Workspace Grovepath, operating from Office 6, 26 Sample Avenue, Petaling Jaya 00000. By using the site or confirming a review in writing, you accept them. If you do not, do not send logins or deposits.

The work we offer

We provide human reviews of loyalty programme apps: written findings, walkthroughs, catalogue readings, till checks, and briefings, as described on this site. We do not sell software, process member payments, or issue points. Informational fees on the Fees page are not a standing offer until we confirm a quote in writing.

Booking and your cooperation

A review is booked when we accept your written confirmation and the deposit stated on the invoice. You must provide a test member account, accurate listings, and access for any agreed till visit. Delays in access extend the timeline; they do not, by themselves, cancel fees for work already started.

Intellectual property

The website copy, layout, and our findings notes remain our intellectual property until the balance for that review is paid. After payment, you may use the findings note inside your organisation, including with your agencies. You may not publish the note as a marketing endorsement of Workspace Grovepath without our written consent. You keep all rights in your app, catalogue, and trademarks. We will not reuse your confidential screens in other clients’ notes.

Acceptable use of the site

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is for information about our reviews. It is not advice on advertising law, tax, or the Personal Data Protection Act, even when a findings note flags copy that asks for more personal detail than a member expects.

Liability

The site and reviews are provided with reasonable care. We do not promise that following a findings note will increase redemptions, visits, or sales. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for a booked review is limited to the fees you paid for that review. We are not liable for lost profits, lost member goodwill, or outlet disruption during an agreed till visit beyond that cap. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Third-party sites and apps

Links to app stores or other sites are for convenience. We do not control those destinations. Reviewing your loyalty app does not make us a party to your contracts with app stores, till vendors, or agencies.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force for a booked review is the version linked in your invoice, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
